"Amazon's S3 service has gone down at approximately 12pm EST today and has been down for 2 hours now. We make use of Amazon's S3 storage for user uploaded content such as Avatars, Award icons and Gallery Images. While S3 is down, these images will not load on your site. Amazon's S3 normally has very good uptime and is used by many high profile site"

Mailyn: Hrm, better go check with the DKP officer Twillathy. I'll hazard a guess there might be a mistake, as yours is the highest deduction by what seem listed as a fairly minor offence.
 
Mailyn: I believe it includes bonuses and penalties with regards to dkp. Bonuses prolly include positive things like being on time, attending full raid etc etc. Negative, at first glance, include being late, inability to control your internet connection (?) and missing raids
